I just called to order my subscription to Knife & Fork, the Atlanta dining newsletter penned by Christiane Lauterbach. Lauterbach is the dining critic for Atlanta magazine, and probably one of the most respected food writers in the southeast.

It’s a day of dreams on this blog. This article talks about an event at the Ritz-Carlton in the Caymans. I went to the Caymans last spring break and stayed at the complex next door to the Ritz. Also this chef lineup is THE BOMB! (Ripert, Bourdain, Achatz, Andres, etc).
