The James Beard Foundation Awards concluded tonight. It’s pretty much the Oscar’s of the Restaurant World. Here’s the list of winners. Notable: Carrie Nahabedian of Naha (been there) for Best Chef Great Lakes Region, and Grant Achatz of Alinea (going there in two weeks) for Outstanding Chef 2008.
