Bowles is the former chef at Avenues, a restaurant I’d love to try (have heard great things about it), but just didn’t have time for this year…perhaps on a visit to Chicago next year. BUT, even more, I’m dying to try his new restaurant Graham Eliot. It sounds like it could easily become too gimmicky, but it’s just so different.
