And here begins my summer schedule. Wake up at 10. Have breakfast and coffee. Read e-mails and blogs. Work out, lay out by the pool. Afternoons will be spent doing remote work for my part-time job with Think Glink Publishing. Evenings with friends, lather, rinse, repeat.
On Tuesday I leave for Europe and the blog’s probably going on hiatus for two weeks. I might be able to find an internet cafe and dash off some missives. The plan is my mom and I fly into Prague on the 1st. We spend 3 days in Prague before leaving on a week-long river boat cruise of the Elbe River (stops in places like Meissen and Wittenburg). At the end of the cruise we’ll spend 3 days in Berlin. If anyone has any tips for Berlin or Prague, please e-mail me. I’m looking for restaurants, coffee houses, cool shops, or which monuments suck and which ones rock. I can return the favor with Paris, Chicago and Atlanta tips. (On that note, I need to e-mail CC, she created a customized Google Map with her recommendations for Dublin, and we were planning on sharing them among our group of friends and adding our recs for various cities. This needs to happen!)
Once back from Europe, I have about a month and ten days before law school orientation starts. The plan is the same as now, lay out, work out, veg out. Life is good.
Also, pictures of the new apt are forthcoming, I just need to get a few more pieces for the living room, which currently only contains a sofa.
