Cliche Pun on Book Title

eat. drink. be merry.

I took this photo while driving down Briarcliff Road. There was a sign out front that said, “Atlanta White House” on it. After a little internet research/asking my mom, here’s what I found out:

It was built by an Iranian real estate developer named Fred Milani. He lives there with his wife, and it sounds like the decor on the inside is just as crazy, with a replica green room, a jungle-themed room, and tons of gold. Here’s an article about it.

Also, note how the flowers on the front lawn spell out “God Loves You”. This is a definite case of immigrants assimilating. He loves America so much, that he built his house to look like the white house, and he became a Christian and shows his faith through gaudy landscape displays.
