I just downloaded two albums (Are a Drag and Have a Ball) by Me First and the Gimme Gimmes. They have been a favorite of mine for a while. I think Mike Yin got me started on them in high school. Basically they do fun punk-rockish covers of either classic rock songs or broadway favorites. There’s nothing not to love. This is exactly the kind of band I would want to play at my wedding. I can’t upload AAC song files, but I’ll try to find a youtube video to upload that uses their music.
