I just downloaded the Talking Heads live CD Stop Making Sense.
I’ve had “Once in a Lifetime” stuck in my head all day after watching the W preview this morning. W comes out this weekend and I’m definitely going to go see it.
Also, the new T.I. song featuring Rihanna “Live your Life” COMPLETELY ripped off that weird Russian track (dragostea din tei?) from the viral Numa Numa video. Anyone else with me on this one?
EDIT: Ok, after discussing it with a friend, I can see how the track could be compared to Kanye’s sampling of Daft Punk for his recent album. The song is catchy, I was just taken aback the first time I heard it.
