Cliche Pun on Book Title

eat. drink. be merry.

While I’m on an article posting binge, here is a New Yorker profile of Grant Achatz. What’s interesting to me is that at the time this article was writte, Achatz was in the process of creating some of the dishes I had the opportunity to try last spring. (the strawberry-white chocolate-nicoise olive dish; the hot potato, cold potato; the wagyu beef “centerpiece”)
