…is now happening. Eric is getting me a Snuggie as a Valentine’s Day gift. I’m not really sure how to react to that one. It’s like the inside joke became reality. However, sadly, I will TOTALLY use the snuggie. I actually always have a blanket on my couch, and i sometimes sleep in a fleece.
This AdAge article explains that the Snuggie hit a home run with their timing. As the economy tanks, people are looking for ways to save money, and the line in the commercial about not having to raise your heat is a slam dunk. The company has sold $40 million dollars worth of Snuggies.
