So, a couple friends mentioned delocater on their blogs. It’s a site that finds independent coffee shops, book stores and movie theaters in your area. In the spirit of corrie, who ventured out to a new coffee shop last weekend, I’m going to try a new one this weekend.
I figure, if I have to spend my whole weekend working on a draft of a brief for law school, I might as well work on it in a nice environment. The law library is hell.
So, this weekend I’ll be sampling:
Inman Park is a neat area of Atlanta that I’ve been wanting to explore a little more. Lots of lofts, restaurants and coffee shops…it’s the hip new area of town.
Aurora is in Virginia Highlands, which means the atmosphere will be a little more fratty. However, the reviews on yelp indicate that this place brings in amazing cupcakes from a local bakery. I think I deserve a little reward for working so hard.
