Also, I’ve wanted to take a knife skills class for a while now. I think it would be really helpful when I’m putzing around in the kitchen. I read an article about a cool one in Chicago. Maybe next time I’m visiting Eric, I’ll make an appointment to go with him and Emmy.
Atlanta Knife Skills (and other classes)
Now I’m really jazzed about this. Once I have some more money on my hands, I’d love to take more of the classes (baking, sushi, wine pairings, cooking with beer). I also think this would be an awesome creative date idea, or gift idea.
