Last night I got the chance to eat at Eclipse di Luna with a couple of friends. I was blown away. It’s a tapas restaurant (two locations in Atlanta, we were in Buckhead) and it has a jammin’ vibe. The restaurant was packed, noisy and hot. I wish we could have sat outside, but with 12 people, we had to make do. Plus, that way we got to enjoy the live music.
Unfortunately I didn’t take any pictures (even though Christine teased me about it—I should have!), so the pictures in this post are from the restaurant’s site. It was a little dark in the restaurant and I didn’t know if the pictures would come out ok from my iPhone.

We all shared pitchers of sangria (one of my favorite drinks). The tapas were great sized portions, and they were delectable. I highly, highly recommed trying this place if you’re in the mood for a club-like atmosphere and tasty food. I had the tuna ceviche, the garlic-pepper shrimp and the peppers with goat cheese and honey. I recommend all three of those dishes, but in addition, I had bites of a bunch of other things, all of which were good.
The bad sides: it was loud, hot, and crowded. But, as long as you’re in the mood to party, that can work in the restaurant’s favor.
